Erin Robinson is taken in for interrogation regarding the death of Raul Ortiz, after an eyewitness had spotted him at the scene.
Raul Ortiz was a resident of Wimauma in Hillsborough County, Florida. On August 11, 2014, the 58-year-old had been to a gas station in Tampa, where he had a very brief interaction with a teenage girl at the counter.
About two hours later, Raul’s neighbors called the police to inform them that a violent altercation was taking place between 3 younger men and Raul on Raul's property.
Erin Robinson is being taken in for questioning by Homicide Detective Richard Blair of the Hillsboro County Sheriff's Office.
