Kayle Alan Fleischauer was charged with the shooting death of his 19-year-old son, Chase, at his home in Wisconsin in April 2018.
Kayle was found guilty in his June 2019 trial, however the judge ordered a new trial after discovering juror misconduct.
Presented here is the retrial, which ran from 24th February to 3rd March 2020. Unlike the first trial, Kayle did not testify in his own defence at retrial.
